Very Good
Good Rooms, Good Location. Good Value for the price.
I wanted late check out but they told me I stayed more than 20 mins after 12:00 PM, I will be charged 150€ for the late check out fee which is crazy price. The view was blocked of reconstruction. Also the deposit is 150€ which is more than the majority of hotels.

Outstanding hotel, fab location, rooms and staff
1. Location is fabulous if you like to stay in the heart of champs elysees. 2. Staff is extremely helpful and sweet. 3. Room was neat, well equipped and looked quite new
The scaffolding, though it’s temporary, it blocks your view of the outside and also blocks natural daylight.

Very Good
People at reception were really nice (which is not something you always get in Paris), location was perfect for my business there. Everything was clean and nicely taken care of.
The room was really small and bathroom was basically in the closet (really), which I personally did not like. Also, I happen to have a quite loud neighbors and the doors were not super helpful in soundproofing.
